Our selection process is based on a systematic and scientific approach, which is target oriented. 

 

This process begins with thoroughly understanding the client’s as well as candidate’s needs and goes all the way to post recruitment follow-up with both client and candidate. CareerGlide ensures compatibility before any recommendations to both, our candidates and clients.

Step 1Establish Client Criteria by Client Relations Team.
Step 2Strategy designing for the identification of prospective clients in the best possible manner.
Step 3Communicate the requirements and strategy to "Search Specialists".
Step 4"Search Specialists" will run computer search database for candidates.
Step 5Prospective candidates will be identified.
Step 6Identified candidates will be filtered after discussing with domain experts.
Step 7Place calls to filtered candidates by "Customer consultants".
Step 8List of interested candidates will be prepared.
Step 9Client will be informed about the progress.
Step 10Continue to identify and contact candidates.
Step 11Provide client with candidates' profiles and resumes.
Step 12Schedule interviews after discussing with client as well as candidate.
Step 13Take the feedback from client and candidate after the interview.
Step 14Brief both the parties about each other's feedback.
Step 15Brief the candidate in case of rejection.
Step 16Prepare for next round of interviews if necessary, in case of successful first round.
Step 17Negotiate offer between candidate and client.
Step 18Obtain candidate acceptance and start date.
Step 19Post recruitment feedback from the client and the candidate.
